I have a child who is 18 or older and would like to provide services to him/her. What should I do?

Parents/guardians can only provide ATC and HAH services to their children who are 18 years of age or older. Respite cannot be billed by parent providers. For more information reach out to the office nearest you:
Please note that parent providers may be hired to provide services to their adult children, but must abide by state and agency policies as an employee while providing said services.  They must provide all required documentation and training including a Fingerprint Clearance Card if providing HAH.
