Spring In Arizona

Spring In Arizona

Are you and your family looking for something fun to do this Spring in Arizona? We’ve rounded up some of our favorite events and happenings around Phoenix and Tucson.

Check Out A Spring Training Game – Of course! Spring Training is a must-see in Arizona this time of year. We are so fortunate to have many of the best teams in Major League Baseball training in Arizona. Discover the teams and game schedule here on the Cactus League’s website.

Enjoy the Incredible Weather – It is hard to beat the weather that Arizona is so famous for this time of year. Arizona is home to many National Parks and National Monuments, and this time of year is perfect for exploring. Saguaro National Park near Tucson often has incredible cactus blooms in the Spring, and the Grand Canyon offers amazing views year-round. Here is a list of Arizona’s National Parks.

Shoot for the Stars – Tucson is home to the Pima Air and Space museum and it’s great for kids and adults of all ages! This museum has aircraft and spacecraft in indoor and outdoor exhibits. While it’s possible to enjoy the museum year-round, the spring is the best time to check it out weather wise. Kids will enjoy the interactive exhibits, and there is a great restaurant on site. For hours and information, check out their website.

Get Wild – Arizona is lucky to have a great zoo right near the heart of downtown. Check out the Phoenix Zoo and enjoy seeing the animals and running around. If the weather is warm enough, be sure to bring a change of clothes to take advantage of the splash pads throughout the zoo. If you haven’t already checked out the Dinosaurs in the Desert exhibit, don’t miss your chance to see the dinosaurs before the exhibit’s end on April 30th. Learn more about the Phoenix Zoo.

We hope that you have a chance to get out and enjoy all that Arizona has to offer this spring!
